Jason and his teams of tradies have a real can-do attitude. A real boost when the repairs are extensive and unexpected. I had initially engaged DOR-Group to replace only the floor in the laundry. As the boards were lifted it was realised that the entire laundry and guest bedroom rested entirely on bare earth. The team set to and lifted the structure while excavating dirt. The ‘stumps team’ rolled in, and a fast turn around the back of the house was leveled, stumps went in for the first time, beams and flooring were replaced and I had a new amazing – level – floor. This thorough team inspected further and uncovered a muddy mess under the kitchen, rotting boards and a lack of adequate stumps. In my experience tradies are very understated and reserved when describing repairs, so it was a shock to be told by the team not even to walk on that side of the house. They told me it was dangerous and might break away at any moment as the bearers had rotted. The ‘stumps team’ rolled in, the same as before. Now I have a wonderful, new again, Californian Bungalow. I’m so very grateful for their persistence and excellent work.
